Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can Fancy Lump Crab or fresh crab meat (fresh crab meat highly recommended)
- 2 cups fancy shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Hellmans mayonaise
- 1/3 cup Japanese Pink Sauce
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp red cayenne pepper or to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
Directions:
- Combine mayo, Japanese Pink Sauce, hot sauce, red pepper and black pepper. Stir.
- Add cheese and crab meat. Stir.
- Refrigerate for a couple hours.
- Serve with Ritz crackers.
Real Hellmans mayo is recommended, not light or fat-free
